I am a certified Integrative Life Coach through the Center for Integrative Hypnosis. Using a combination of hypnosis, NLP, EFT, we’ll target old habits and belief systems holding you back and shift towards positive change. This format is backed by the latest neuroplasticity research and comprehensively works on the conscious, unconscious and the parasympathetic system.
